Reception:
Located at The Lodge, 5-13 Hawke Place, South Hedland.
Open 6.00am to 9.00pm daily. Reception staff are able to organise room access, printing, photocopying, and maintenance requests.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out is 10.00am. Early night shift check-in and late check-out can be arranged through your Reception staff for a fee.  Please remove all belongings from your room prior to 10.00am, these may be stored with Reception. Any items left in rooms after check-out will be collected and placed in lost and found.

If your stay has been extended, please ask your work admin to contact our Reception and we will coordinate your stay extension.

After Hours:
If you are locked out of your room between 9.00pm and 6.00am, please contact 08 9172 2188. For life threatening emergencies, please contact 000. 

Wi-Fi:
Free hi-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both The Lodge and The Lodge South. Look for The Lodge Guest network (SSID) and simply enter your room number and last name.
All TVs have been connected to a dedicated Wi-Fi network for streaming. Please do not change the network settings on the TVs.
If you have any issues with Wi-Fi, please call 1300 576 369 for 24hr technical support.

Mini Gym:
There is a small gym provided next to the pool at The Lodge. It is open from 3.00am to 9.00pm. If you would like to train outside these hours, please talk to Reception. When training, please be mindful of people sleeping both night and day nearby.

Life & Soul Gym Partnership:
The Lodge also has a partnership with Life & Soul Health & Fitness in South Hedland. We provide access to Life & Soul free of charge – you will just need to sign out one fob per Guest from Reception.

Dining Room:
Located in The Lodge Motel Reception area, at 5/13 Hawke Place, South Hedland. Breakfast & Crib hours are 4.00am to 8.00am. Dinner hours are 4.00pm to 8.00pm.

Code of Conduct:
Consider other Guests sleeping in their rooms at all hours of the day. While in your room, please keep noise to a minimum and refrain from playing music or having loud conversations with others outside of rooms.
As we are predominantly workforce accommodation, outside visitors are not permitted after 6.00pm daily.

Maintenance Requests & Feedback:

Lost & Found:
Any items left in rooms will be collected and placed in the lost and found. These will be kept for 1 month before being disposed of. Please see Reception if you have left any items behind. 

Laundry Rooms:
Washing machines and dryers are available for use in The Lodge Motel. The wash and dry cycle run for approximately 40mins each. Washing Powder is available in the laundries free of charge. Please remove your clothes promptly so others can use them. Clothes left in the machines or on benches overnight will be taken to lost and found.

Garbage:
Please place all glass bottles and cans into the recycle bins provided. These items will be recycled with all proceeds will be donated to the local school.  

Smoking:
Please use ashtrays which can be found throughout the both motels. Smoking anywhere indoors, including Guest rooms, Reception, dining rooms or laundries is prohibited.

Ice Box:
An Ice machine and filtered water tap can be found near the pool at The Lodge Motel. Please use the ice scoop provided. No foreign items are to be placed inside the ice machines (ie. Drinks/food).

Gates:
For the safety and security of all Guests, please close all external gates behind you. Please do not interfere with the automatic closing of gates for any reason.

Parking:
Please park vehicles in allocated spaces in front of rooms. Be mindful when reversing not to hit any stationary objects. Please keep all valuables out of sight and vehicles locked at all times.
