Reception:
Open 7.00am to 8.15pm daily. Reception staff can organise room access, luggage storage and maintenance requests.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out is 10.00am.

Please remove all belongings from your room by 10.00am, these may be stored in the luggage room if required. Any items left in rooms after check-out will be collected and placed in lost and found.

If your stay has been extended by your company, please ask your admin to contact our Reception. Please bring your room key card to be reprogrammed as it will automatically become inactive after 10.00am.

After Hours:
For emergencies outside of office hours only, call the Reception number (08 6021 0900) which will divert to our after-hours phone. If you are locked out of your room between 8.15pm and 9.00pm, please go to Seasons Steakhouse (Dining Room) and one of our friendly staff will assist you. Between 9.00pm and 7.00am, please call the Reception number and our after-hours staff will assist.

Seasons Steakhouse / Dining Room:
Located next to Reception, Seasons Steakhouse is open from 4.30am to 8.00am and 4.30pm to 8.00pm.

Buffet Breakfast is included with every room, with an option to include dinner as an additional cost.

Dirty workboots and work clothing is not permitted inside the Restaurant.

Gym (Snap Fitness 24/7):
The Lodge Newman has a partnership with Snap Fitness Newman where by we provide every Guest complimentary access. Please see Reception to obtain a swipe card for entry. The swipe cards can be borrowed for a max. of 2hrs to allow other Guests to use the gym. Snap Fitness is located in the Parnawarri Retail Centre, (Shop 9/1 Lee Ln, Newman). 

Code of Conduct:

While in your room, please keep noise to a minimum and consider other Guests sleeping in their rooms at all hours of the day.

Resource Accommodation have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicated Guests causing disruption throughout the Motel, Seasons Steakhouse/ Dining Room or on Resource Accommodation property. Any anti-social or disruptive behaviour may result in accommodation being revoked.

Racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic and aggressive behaviours and attitudes will not be tolerated.

Harassment and/or sexual harassment of any kind will result in accommodation being revoked immediately. A report of harassment will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly and appropriately. It may be reported to (Guest) managers and will be fully investigated.

If you are ever uncomfortable or witness any anti-social behaviour, please let the Motel staff know immediately. Your safety is our number one priority.

Smoking/Vaping:
All the rooms in The Lodge Motel Newman are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in certain areas of the Motel. Any evidence of smoking or vaping in rooms (including odour) will attract a cleaning fee of $200.

An additional charge of up to $2000 will be incurred by the Guest if alarms are activated and the fire department attends. Should you have any questions please contact Reception.

Lost & Found:
Any items left in rooms will be collected and placed in the lost and found. These will be kept for 1 month before being disposed of. Please see Reception if you have left any items behind. 

Laundry Rooms:
Washing machines and dryers are available for use in the Motel free of charge. They are located in block 6. The wash and dry cycle run for approximately 40mins each. Please remove your clothes promptly so others can use them. Clothes left in the machines or on benches overnight will be taken to lost and found.

Garbage:
Please place all glass bottles and cans into the recycle bins/bags provided. These items will be recycled with all proceeds will be donated to the local school.  

Parking:
Please keep all valuables out of sight and vehicles locked at all times.
