Resource Accommodation prides itself on working with the local communities in which we operate. Our Properties are always located in local townships, with economic and social benefits to the community from the residents of our Properties. We believe that the key to better mental health is to enable our Guests to live in a location that enables them to use town services and facilities such as pools or sporting fields, local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, taverns and hairdressers.
We understand that most regional communities prefer to have full time residential families living and working in their town rather than host a FIFO/DIDO property. However, many potential workers in remote locations would like a choice of living in that regional area or commuting to and from their work on a roster and staying in a workforce accommodation property.
Through our Co-Living approach, we are able to replicate as closely as possible the feeling of living in a township environment. With Guests living in the township, they can take advantage of local facilities and amenities. They contribute to the local economy.
In both Norseman and South Hedland, our properties are located within the respective townships, providing walking distance to local sporting fields, restaurants, post offices, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and taverns.
Additionally, the need for laundry services in both Norseman and South Hedland has created significant demand for the local communities spurring economic growth and employment.
